The complex consists of five buildings, where 109 apartments are built.
According to the architectural style of the "Vodenitsata" complex, it illustrate the typical traditional Bulgarian architecture from the Revival period, so called Revival architecture, which actually is a well known style among Dinevi’s complexes.
